How It Works
Step One: Book Appt
We provide free consultations so that you can meet with a therapist to discuss your needs and interests. Feel free to select a therapist and date & time of your choice for your consultation. The therapist will call you at your preferred time.

Step Two: Consultation
At the consultation, we will discuss what our therapeutic approach is and what you can expect from the sessions. We will explore with you what brings you to therapy, if you tried therapy before and what that experience was like for you. You will have the opportunity to ask us any questions you have.

Step Three: Confirming Sessions
If you had a good feeling about the consultation, feel free to reach back out to the therapist to request a time for an intake session. Your therapist will then share intake forms and consent for services with you to complete prior to the first session.

Step Four: First Session
At the initial session, you and your therapist can discuss the intake forms that you completed and confirm goals that you would like to work on.
